Board Composition
ACUM's board of directors is composed of representatives from the following sectors: two composers from the popular music sector, two songwriters from the popular music sector, one concert music composer, one author, and one music publisher. In addition, four external directors (independent directors) serve on the board, appointed by the general assembly.
The board is elected every four years through democratic elections by ACUM members holding ordinary shares at the election general assembly.
