ACUM/Creators/Work Declaration

Work Declaration

To receive royalties for your work - you must declare it to ACUM. Declaration is the primary condition for payment.

Why Must You Declare?

As an ACUM member, declaring a work is the basic condition for receiving royalties. Without a declaration - ACUM cannot know the work belongs to you, and may delay royalties payment until it is received.

A declaration means the work was composed, written and/or arranged by you. It is registered in your favor and allows ACUM to attribute every use of the work to the correct rights holder.

For ACUM members only: The work declaration service is open to registered association members. If you are not yet a member, join ACUM first.
